Love the Sarawak I just got a very beautiful and very generous starter plant. Shipping was great and fast and store owner was great will buy again karen

Plant was nothing like advertised and it was wrapped in aluminum foil which caused it to overheat and cause it to lose leaves. I got a 2 leaf plant that I’m trying to save. Terrible!

The leaves are very small please see my picture.The roots came with soil after washing it off the roots are dry. I will update this with plant health to follow.

Update: It is rotting. Original: As another person mentioned in their review, the plant looks nothing like the other reviews or the example plant. I received a twisted-up 2-leaf plant with dried-out roots. It came wrapped with a dry paper towel, very little saran wrap, and then wrapped in foil. The saran wrap wasn't nearly enough, nor wrapped tightly around to keep any moisture that may have been in the paper towel. Shipping with foil in extreme heat is also dangerous for the plants because it makes the roots hotter. I contacted the seller and the seller just said 'It must have dried out'. Yes. It did, which is why I contacted you and told you as much. No remedy was offered. I put the plant in water hoping it will bounce back. I will update with any changes within the review window as long as I am able to edit the review.

My Hoya sarawak arrived close to the scheduled time, and was wrapped well. It was not as big as I expected after picking the size I wanted and what I saw in reviews for the same size. However I am happy with the plant and I hope it likes its new home and thrives.
