You will receive a plant similar to picture 3. It most likely will NOT have a flower on it like pic 3.
Roots will be wrapped in wet paper towel then wrapped in foil.

My plant has either thrips or mites, evidenced by holes in the leaves & generally looking unhealthy.It came with a bud just starting to open but something ate it overnight. So I’m monitoring it, keeping away from my other plants
