My original order was extremely delayed by USPS and did not arrive in good shape, however the seller made things right by sending me another shipment. The seller was very informative and understanding of the situation and I would definitely purchase from her again.

Begonia specimen received was beautiful and much larger than expected. unfortunately, though, the seller forgot to include the heat pack I purchased. I’m not sure if this begonia is limp because of stress from the shipment or from the cold. I am hopeful that it will perk up and fairly confident it may??? Not sure, but I hope so!
